Disco Inferno is the first song single from 50 Cent's second album, The Massacre. Released in the last month of 2004, the single peaked at #3 in the USA becoming 50 Cent's 5th Top 10 single. The song was produced by Cool & Dre. The music video, which MTV has never played ,but has been released out on the Internet, has been considered indescent for its pornographic content. The song was nominated for Best Rap Solo Performance at the Grammy Awards of 2006, but lost to Kanye West's "Gold Digger" Like his single Candy Shop, Disco Inferno was sometimes played in American danceclubs.
